Build your own Halloween Soundtrack
A hands-on Halloween music production workshop for ages 8–12.
This October half term, Ground Loop is turning spooky sounds into music with Trick or Beat, a creative group workshop delivered as part of Crewe's half-term activities.
Working in small groups, participants will create spooky beats, experiment with eerie samples, record their own sounds and build creepy atmospheres before bringing everything together into one collaborative Halloween track.
No previous musical experience is needed. Just curiosity, imagination and a willingness to make some noise.
Ages: 8–12

Ground Loop workshops introduce participants to modern music creation through beat making, sampling, songwriting, remixing and creative technology.
Using professional music production equipment and industry-standard software, participants are encouraged to experiment, collaborate and develop their own creative voice in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Sessions focus on creativity first, helping people discover what is possible before worrying about technical perfection.
